International Women's Day...#BreakTheBias

International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.

IWD has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people. Today, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. IWD is not country, group or organization specific.

This year's theme is Break The Bias. Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day.

  • We can break the bias in our communities.

  • We can break the bias in our workplaces.

  • We can break the bias in our schools, colleges and universities.

Together, we can all break the bias - on International Women's Day (IWD) and beyond.

Strike the pose and share your photos to social media and tell us what International Women's Day means to you.
