The PWC is offering you an opportunity to explore the benefits of Meditation.

Meditation is a terrific way to calm oneself while also stimulating the brain.

The group hosts guided meditations led by PJ, who will guide the group and focus on different methods of meditation, guided meditation sessions and self help techniques.
