Through PWC Fix It Solution Program, participants drop off a small household item needing repairs for reuse rather than sent to the landfill, . The item is repaired if possible and returned to the participant.

Donations are gratefully received.

Notes:

• The participants are solely responsible for the removal of items that could not be repaired.

• The items must be picked up in under 30 days or they will be recycled.

• Neither the PWC nor the Fix-It volunteers are liable for any loss of use that may result from advice or instructions concerning repairs, or the loss of items handed over for repair, for consequential loss or for any other kind of loss resulting from work performed in this program. 

• Participants offering broken items for repair do so at their own risk. 

• Fix-It volunteers are entitled to refuse to repair certain items. 

• Fix-It volunteers make no guarantee for the repairs carried out with their help and are not liable if the item repaired turns out not to work properly at home.  

• This program does not include repair of electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets and similar.
